With 39 years in dentistry and a sharp sense of humor, Josette has been holding down the fort at Comfort and Care since it opened in 2007. She’s the glue that keeps the office running smoothly and the one most likely to hit you with a one-liner while solving three problems at once. If there’s a fire to put out, Josette is already on it….probably with a clipboard in one and a joke in the other.

When she is not keeping the dental world in order, she’s busy being a wife, proud boy mom of two, a loving daughter-in-law and the world’s coolest grandma to two grandkids who already know she runs the show. 

Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator

Nayeli

Born in Mexico and raised in Lincolnton, Nayeli has been a valued member of Comfort and Care team since 2017. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she plays a key role in helping patients feel welcome and well-informed from the moment they call or walk through the door.

Nayeli handles a wide range of responsibilities, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, discussing dental treatment, processing payments, and securing prior authorizations from insurance providers. She's also our go-to translator, ensuring clear communication for all our patients.

Out the office, Nayeli loves traveling, attending food festivals, sport events, and concerts. She also enjoys reading and cherishing time with her family-especially her adorable nephew, who holds a special place in her heart.

Briana

With 13 years of hands-on experience in the dental field, I’m passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care journey. As a dedicated Dental Assistant ll / Insurance Coordinator , I’ve worked alongside skilled professionals, assisting in a variety of procedures and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. I’m committed to providing excellent customer service, making sure each patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife of 13 years to my husband and a mom to our two amazing children. We also share our home with our two kitties who keeps our family on its toes!

Stacy

Stacy is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been a friendly, familiar face at Comfort and Care Dentistry since 2012. A graduate of Central Piedmont Community College, she’s been caring for smiles since 1995—and brings warmth, kindness, and experience to every patient she sees.

Known for her gentle touch and calming presence, Stacy is passionate about helping people feel relaxed and cared for during their dental visits. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure each patient feels comfortable and informed. One of her favorite parts of the job is building lasting relationships with patients and cheering them on in their journey to healthier, happier smiles.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her enjoying time with her husband, their two children, and their sweet grand-dog. Whether she’s at the baseball field cheering on her son, catching a Broadway show with her daughter, or pretending to understand the rules while watching sports with her husband, Stacy cherishes every moment spent with the people (and pup) she loves most.

Jessica has been helping patients achieve healthier, brighter smiles since graduating from Central Piedmont Community College in 2007. With nearly two decades of experience, she brings both expertise and a gentle touch to her role at Comfort and Care,  where she has been a valued team member since 2017.

Jessica is especially passionate about helping patients who have avoided dental care due to fear, working to build trust and make each visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
 

Originally from Charlotte, Jessica now resides in Denver with her husband, Neil, their two children: Harper and Mason; their two cats, Lily and Violet. She enjoys spending time on home and yard projects, always finding joy in making things a little more beautiful.

Lindsey

Lindsey has been a part of our dental family for over 15 years. She brings both skill and heart to her work every day. Known for her caring nature and friendly smile, she has built lasting relationships with patients of all ages, helping them feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.

Outside the office, Lindsey is deeply rooted in her faith and in her free time, she enjoys camping, gardening and loves spending time with her husband and their two kids, who keep life busy in the best way

Jamie

Jamie is a highly skilled dental hygienist who takes pride in providing thorough, detail-oriented care to every patient she sees. With years of experience in the dental field, she is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through education, consistency, and a strong work ethic. Known for her honest and straightforward approach, she ensures each visit is effective and informative.

Off the clock, Jamie is a dedicated wife and mother of two active children. She homeschools her kids and is deeply rooted in her Christian faith, which guides both her personal and professional life. Her daughter shines in competitive dance, and her son brings the heat on the baseball field—keeping family life busy and full of movement. An introvert at heart, she values quiet moments to recharge, often with a book in hand and a cup of coffee nearby.

Katie

I've been in the dental world since 2018, and let's just say, I know my way around a toothbrush and a dental mirror! After graduating from Charlotte Dental School in 2018, I jumped straight into the world of dentistry. Since 2020, I've been a part of this five star team at Comfort and Care Dentistry here in Lincolnton where I assist with everything from keeping patients comfortable to making sure no one ever leaves without a great smile (or at least a good story). My goal? To make sure your visit is as painless as possible--physically and emotionally! When l'm not assisting with procedures, you can find me helping the team keep things running smoothly and making sure everyone leaves with a grin. After all, a little humor goes a long way-especially when it comes to dental visits. I strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and truly cared for whether it's restoring a smile or easing dental anxiety, my goal is to make every visit a positive and comfortable experience.   

      Outside of work, I enjoy a pretty steady and grounded lifestyle that includes kayaking, camping, time at the range,gardening, and caring for our mini farm. I'm fortunate to be married to my high school sweetheart, and I value quality time with our family above all else. These passions keep me balanced and bring a practical, hands-on approach to everything I do.

Hi! I’m Lexy, one of the dental hygienists here at the office. When I’m not helping patients keep their smiles healthy, you can usually find me with an iced coffee in hand or planning my next trip. I love creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients of all ages and believe dental visits should feel relaxed, positive, and stress-free. My goal is to provide gentle, thorough care while making sure you leave smiling—both inside and out!

Allison has been a dedicated dental assistant since 2016, bringing years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for dental care. She loves helping others feel comfortable during their dental visits and takes pride in creating a positive, welcoming environment for everyone.

Outside of the office, Allison is married to her bestfriend and a proud mama of two- one boy and one girl. She enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her family Her caring personality and commitment to others shine both at work and at home.
